Conductive IXPE sponge is a polyethylene foamed material made through electronic radiation crosslinking process. It features an independent closed-cell structure and conductive performance, and is widely used in electronics, automobiles, medical care and other fields. The following are its key features and market information:
Electrical conductivity :
The surface resistivity is stabilized (typically 10³-10⁶Ω) by adding conductive agents (such as carbon black), making it suitable for packaging and buffering of highly static-sensitive electronic products. Some products have passed SGS environmental protection certification and support composite functions such as flame retardancy, water resistance and sound insulation .
Physical properties :
The cell structure is fine and dense (10-30 times foaming), with a density range of 5-30 times, hardness of 38-70 degrees, and a temperature resistance of up to 100℃.
The surface is smooth and supports irregular engraving, laser engraving and adhesive backing processing.
It is more environmentally friendly than EVA material, odorless and can be thermally bonded and formed.
